General Report

After entering admin-IN-34177a1b-7a8f-487b-ba4f-48668ea8aafb-1509025661301-f886d7a0-6209-44e5-9c23-06b0917f8e78 and admin-IN-34177a1b-7a8f-487b-ba4f-48668ea8aafb-1509025661301-8cd2f590-7bbb-41b9-a72d-cbfd58f48789, you must conclude the result by entering data of Production Order.

If you cannot proceed with certain process during result collection, you can enter the final report without entering all operations. However, the suggested report is as Rejected, since all operations and their respective compulsory tests were not entered.

The system checks the content of the parameter confluencepage-6adff95a-afcb-4eb1-be22-c2a1fdb24333 that defines the type of instrument report to indicate instrument report status, to be considered in process inspection.

Types of report entered in the parameter must be separated by / and they must be indicated as 2/3 in order to display reports fully or conditionally approved.

Procedures

Entering General Report:

1. On Result screen, after entering laboratory and operation reports, click General Report folder.

Fields to be filled out are displayed.

2. Fill out fields according to field help instructions, paying special attention to:
• Report

Enter report status. The following reports are previously registered in the system:

• A - Approved without Restrictions
• B - Accepted with Simple Deviation
• C - Accepted with Serious Deviation
• D - With Selection by Supplier
• E - Fully Rejected
• U - Urgently Released

According to the result of measurements that is displayed in Approval/Rejection field, a message is displayed when Report field is entered.

• If measurements are Approved, General Report must be A - Approved.
• If at least one of measurements is Rejected, General Report must be considered A - Approved if it is justified, since the system suggests the opposite, according to measurement situation.
• Rejected Amount?

When products are rejected during measurement, this field can be filled out with the rejected amount of products.

3. After filling out fields, check and confirm them.

Results can be partially saved, that is, if there are Production Orders with several operations and they cannot be concluded at once, you can save them and, later, you perform the final saving.

To use it, General Report cannot be entered and, in this case, you must enter all operations with their respective reports and tests.
