Laboratory Report
There is a report for each laboratory in which each one of the tests was measured. Each laboratory can have a different report and, at the end of the process, all reports are considered before determining the general report.
Laboratory Report must be entered prior to Reports of Operations and PO if the fields Compulsory Oper.?, Compulsory Seq.?, and Compulsory Report? in Operation Script Register, within Product Specification Register, are filled out with Yes.
Information registered in Sampling Plan per Test in Product Specification Register is used in this report, since it controls the sample size and the acceptance criterion.

This analysis is different from the one applied to NBR 5426 tests, that defines the rejection through the count of non-conformances found. |
Procedures
Entering Laboratory Report:

| 1. | In Laboratories folder, subfolders concerning measurement laboratories of products are displayed, according to definition in Product Specification Register, that is, for each laboratory specified in the register, there is a respective folder in this Result process. |

To create new laboratories, you must access the table Q2 - Laboratories through Configurator Environment and fill out the necessary fields. |
| 2. | A new screen is displayed indicating the report suggested by the system. |
| 3. | By accepting or entering the report, you can fill out the other fields according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | After filling out fields concerning the report, check and confirm them. |
The system considers the letter concerning the obtained report as the Laboratory Report status.
