Lock/Unlock

Locks the current revision of jurisdiction register, without generating revision. If the operation is with the jurisdiction control enabled and there is not any valid jurisdiction rule, revisions of controlled registers cannot be unlocked.

If there are later revisions, you cannot unlock the revision.

Procedures

Locking and unlocking:

1. Select the revision you want.
2. In Related Features, select Lock/Unlock.

 The lock screen is displayed.

3. Lock can be made through two ways:
• Jurisdiction lock

 All Status fields of jurisdiction items are changed to the same status of the Jurisdiction Status field (at the top of the screen).

 In case of Disabled status, no item can be enabled.

• Jurisdiction item lock

 The jurisdiction remains enabled.

 Only the disabled item is not considered for approval.

4. Change the Jurisdiction Status field (at the top of the screen) to Disabled.

 The status of each item became the jurisdiction status, getting disabled.

5. Change the Jurisdiction Status field (at the top of the screen) to Enabled.

 The status of each item became the jurisdiction status, getting enabled.

6. Select one of the items and change its status to disabled.
7. Check data and Confirm them.
