The Reports option enables you to attach documents that confirm an item inclusion/change to an asset card.

Procedures

Adding a Report to an asset card:

1. Place the cursor on the asset that will have the attached document and click Reports.
2. Select the item of the asset that must have the attached report document and click Reports.
3. Click Add Knowledge - Wizard.
4. Add report file, description and key word, then click Finish.
5. Click Ok.

By deleting a fixed asset, documents related to the asset items are also deleted.
