The Reports option enables you to attach documents that confirm an item inclusion/change to an asset card.
Procedures
Adding a Report to an asset card:
1. | Place the cursor on the asset that will have the attached document and click Reports. |
2. | Select the item of the asset that must have the attached report document and click Reports. |
3. | Click Add Knowledge - Wizard. |
4. | Add report file, description and key word, then click Finish. |
5. | Click Ok. |
