Borrowing Cost Processing

Requirements

Configure the following parameters:

Procedures

Processing borrowing costs:

 

Inclusion of a borrowing cost process

1. In Borrowing Cost, click Add.
2. The presentation message is displayed, then click Next.
3. Enter a description for processing and click Next.
4. Fill out the contract and interest table with information for this process and click Next.
5. Enter the parameters to filter the assets classified as Transaction Cost to be used in the calculation. Click Next.
6. On the next screen, select which assets must have their amortization added up as a borrowing cost and click Next.
7. Enter the investment gains concerning borrowing values not used for asset production. Click Next.
8. Enter data to filter the assets to receive Borrowing Costs and indicate the balance type for the new item (asset) to calculate the cost. Click Next.
9. Select the assets to receive cost calculation.
10. The capitalization rate of selected assets is calculated, and information is displayed for checking. Click Finish.
11. With the results, new assets are generated in relation to the assets selected in item 10, with Classification E (Borrowing Cost).

 

Addition of a borrowing cost process in the Manual mode:

1. Press key [F12], choose option Manual.
2. Choose option Add.
3. In the first stage, a presentation message is displayed, click Next.
4. Enter a description for the processing, click Next again.
5. Fill out the contracts and interests table with desired information for this process. Click Next.
6. Enter values and descriptions of the amortizations used for the calculation of the borrowing cost value.
7. Fill out with information of the applications performed with the borrowing non-used balances. Click Next.
8. Fill out with the values to filter the assets that receive the Loans Cost and the type of asset balance that is created for this cost calculation. Click Next.
9. Select the assets that receive the costs calculation.
10. The System calculates the capitalization rate for the selected items.
11. A screen with value is displayed.
12. Check data and finish the wizard.
13. The assets form are generated with the results, with the asset items selected in stage 8, and with Classification E.

 

 

Reversal of a borrowing cost process

1. In Borrowing Cost, click Reverse.
2. The presentation message is displayed, then click Next.
3. Information on date and process description is displayed, then click Next.
4. The table of contracts and interest used in the process is displayed, then click Next.
5. Parameters are displayed only for query, then click Next.
6. The used assets of transaction cost are displayed, then click Next.
7. Information on investment gains used to calculate the borrowing cost process is displayed, then click Next.
8. Parameters are displayed only for query, then click Next.
9. Assets that had cost calculation are displayed, then click Next.
10. The process result is displayed. Click Finish to perform the reversal.

The process is marked as reversed and the generated assets are deleted from the system.
