Managers x Assets
This registration allows control of the managers in charge of the assets, linking the managers (Personnel Record) to an asset.
In this routine, it is possible to Transfer the Asset, i.e., the previous manager transfers his ownership to another person.
When an asset is transferred, the system maintains the history of the managers responsible for it. If required, the option Clear History can be used to clear the history of transfers made.
Procedures:
To register managers for the assets:
| 1. | Select admin-IN-316fd0ae-5f3c-4db9-ac26-cbdf4ff8a7d1-1507579308097-5e3224b7-9fa3-4376-af3f-e10d4d9613ad, in the Managers x Assets, to configure parameters involved in the routine. |
The Parameters window is displayed.
| 2. | Configure them according to the field's help instructions. |
| 3. | Then click on Add. |
The window Managers Responsible for Assets - Add.
| 4. | Fill out data according to the field's help instructions. |
| 5. | Confirm addition. |
