Production Annotation

The Production Annotation routine allows calculating the depreciation method by Straight-Line Exhaustion and Residual Balance Exhaustion.

The fixed assets for this new depreciation method are indicated in the confluencepage-19079ae0-c97f-4b01-8f42-37be388cb806 and are used for calculating and depreciating certain types of assets through production annotations in which useful lifetime cannot be determined.

For assets of this type, depreciation is calculated by what has been produced in a given period, with estimation of total production.

The result obtained by the production of the period with estimated production is considered the depreciation rate for calculating the exhaustion value of the asset, which may be calculated in two ways:

Straight-Line Exhaustion

It is used in the estimation of total production. This method can be more reliable, since it is adjusted throughout the production process. Thus, the last production annotation receives all the residual cost of the asset and, if complementary annotations are required, they are only quantitative.

Residual Balance Exhaustion

It is used in the estimation of total production and may present a deviation in quantity, even if the estimate is adjusted throughout the process.

To enable Production Annotation, the following parameters must be configured: confluencepage-e503fff0-bcf2-4a21-9c43-d746ab5fb250, confluencepage-1648d134-8791-415e-b5db-83da82602152, confluencepage-55ef1b83-5015-42e0-ab7f-8457be7ca06a.

The types of production annotation are controlled by the movements of the FNA - Production Annotations table and are filled out according to need in the confluencepage-08467a06-e4a6-4049-89ab-a6fcbe624b1c field:

Production estimate annotation
Production estimate revision annotation
Regular production annotation
Production closing annotation
Complementary production annotation
Accrued production annotation

It is possible to reverse production and production annotation prediction:

Estimate revision reversal
Production annotation reversal

Procedures

5. Check data and click OK.

The asset items with annotations confirmed are displayed.

6. Double-click the desired assets.
7. Check the selected asset items and Confirm.
8. The confirmed annotation is generated for all items of the fixed asset.

Reversing the annotations:

1. In Production Annotation select the fixed asset and click Annotate.
2. Enter data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and Confirm.
4. The system reverses the last annotation generated on the indicated date.

Viewing annotation history:

1. In Production Annotation click History.

The system displays the screen with the history of registered annotations.

2. Place the cursor on the desired annotation and click View.

The system displays the annotation data.

To perform multiple reversal, one must fill in the data of the Trans. ID field. (FNA_IDMOV).

Performing multiple reversal:

1. In Production Annotation click Multiple Ann..
2. Fill out the fields according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and Confirm.

The parameters to filter the desired assets are displayed.

4. Enter the data, completing the following fields:

Branch?: branch of the registered annotation to be reversed.

Trans. ID?: key-code of the registered annotation to be reversed.

5. Check data and click OK.

The system displays the asset items to have the annotation reversed.

6. Double left-click the desired asset items.
7. Check the selected asset items and Confirm.
8. The system reverses the asset annotation indicated in the Trans. ID field.
