Accounting
Some transactions executed in Microsiga Protheus® can be automatically accounted in Management Accounting module.
For this, the user must:
| • | In Configurator module, define the parameter confluencepage-50771e9f-1d6d-4cc6-99d6-e8298575ac4a with O (default content); |
| • | Register the standardized entries of each routine in Configurator module or in Management Accounting module. |
Thus, the accounting entries can be made in two ways: On-line or Off-line. See below:
On-line accounting
Accounting of routines of transactions between modules can be on-line, i.e., after the end of each transaction, a window is displayed for verification and saving the associated accounting. For this, you must:
| • | While accessing any transaction routine to be accounted, press F12 and answer Yes to the question On-line Accounting or No to the question Off-line Accounting. |
Thus, transactions are automatically entered in the accounting.
Off-line accounting
If you want to run accounting entries at once to, for example, save time, you must work with off-line accounting.
Working this way, they are only saved in Accounting module (tables CTK and CT2) when Miscellaneous - Off-line Accounting is run.
| • | In the modules, while accessing any transaction routine to be accounted, press F12 and answer No to the question \"On-line Accounting?\" or Yes to the question \"Off-line Accounting?\". |
| • | Run Off-line Accounting periodically. |
