Managerial Views
Through theadmin-IN-316fd0ae-5f3c-4db9-ac26-cbdf4ff8a7d1-1507579308097-fae73ab1-517c-4602-9de0-30551c5862c2 Register, you can indicate one or more managerial entities to which a specific ledger account is considered.
Procedures
To relate a ledger account with one or more managerial entities:
| 1. | In Chart of Accounts, add or change the account you want to related with some managerial entity. |
| 2. | In the tab Managerial View displayed in the bottom part of the screen, copy the following data: |
| • | Press [F3] in the field Plan Codeto select a managerial plan. |
| • | Press [F3] in the field Managerial Entity to select an entity to related the ledger account. |
| • | Select the Identifier from the operation type (Addition/Subtraction) with which the account affects the managerial entity balance. |
| • | Select the type of accounting type affected by the account for the managerial entity. |
| 3. | Repeat step 2 as many times you want to relate entities to a ledger account. |
| 4. | Confirm and save data. |
