Update Approver
This process enables you to update the approver of certain approval jurisdiction, so that the current approver is transferred to all tasks with pending approval. If you do not run this routine, the previous approval processes remain with the former heads.
Procedures
| 1. | In Related Features, click Review. |
| 2. | Change the approver code. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm the process. |
| 4. | Click Update Approver. |
| 5. | Check data displayed. |
| 6. | Confirm the process. |
The approver code is updated in tasks of approval made before change.
