Attributes the extended description of the asset selected in the grid of original assets to the memo field which contains the extended description of the new asset placed in the grid of typing of information.

Extended descriptions may be attributed only once (1), since this is the control that guarantees that all original descriptions are linked to the new assets generated.

To use the description of an original asset in other assets more than once, select the option Copy.

Removes the extended description of the asset selected in the grid of original assets from the memo field which contains the extended description of the new asset placed in the grid of typing of information.

Copies the extended description of the asset selected in the grid of original assets to the memo field which contains the extended description of the new asset placed in the grid of typing of information.

Allows the Memo field text to be edited by user. When using this option, the option Not Attribute is disabled, since the routine cannot only eliminate the extended description of a certain asset after the editing of the Memo field.

Eliminates the content of the Memo field, removing the description attribution links of that item placed.

This option allows undoing incoherent assignments and editions and starting a new process to compose the extended description for the item.
