Depreciation Graph

This query displays the depreciation amounts of the assets through charts in the form of lines, areas or two dimension (2D) or three dimension (3D) charts.

The query parameterization defines the depreciation period, currency and the type of information:

• Depreciation amounts - generates the graph with the month-to-month depreciated amounts within the stipulated period.
• Accumulated Depreciation - generates the graphic with the total accumulated depreciation during the period.

Procedures:

To query the depreciation graph:

1. When accessing the query Depreciation Graph, the window Parameters is displayed with the parameters involved in the routine, which include: initial/final date of the transactions, currency and type of information (depreciated amounts or accumulated depreciation).
2. Fill out parameters according to field help instructions.
3. Confirm.

The screen Graphical Query of Assets Depreciated is displayed with the assets registered.

4. Click Query.

A new window is displayed with the graph and its characteristics.

5. Using Assets Depreciated, you can change the type of visualization the graph (lines or bars).
6. Configure the types of chart visualization.
7. Notice the confluencepage-0efe5dfb-7137-4e97-b0cd-5167fc2ae4b3 available at the bottom of the window.
