Assets in Third Parties
This routine classifies the assignment of rights of use of assets in third parties, such as:
| • | Assignment of real rights of use: |
| • | Assets lease; |
| • | Permission of use of assets. |
It is also possible to, through the knowledge bank, to link documents related to the assignment of use mode. Example: Term of Assignment of Real Right of Use, Contract of Assets Lease and Term of Permission of Use of Assets.

Requirements
Before executing the control of assets in third parties, you must register Assets and define that the asset must be controlled by third parties, through the field admin-IN-316fd0ae-5f3c-4db9-ac26-cbdf4ff8a7d1-1507579308097-126da150-7c3e-4b34-9c61-0a9f0f881cb4.
Procedures
To execute the control of assets in third parties:
| 1. | In Assets in Third Parties, click Related Features. |
| 2. | Select the desired option. |
| 3. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Check the data and confirm. |
Related Actions
| • | View Data |
Display data of control of third parties for viewing.
| • | View Asset |
Displays data from the fixed asset form for viewing.
| • | Update Data |
Edits and updates the data from line of active validity sequence.
| • | Renew Data |
Renew data of asset of third party control. Generates a new line of active validity sequence and closes down the previous line.
| • | Transfer Control |
Executes the transfer of assets and closes down the control of assets in third parties, enabling a new register of third party control for the asset. This action does not modify the asset status or the configured classification of control type.
| • | Delete Data |
Delete an asset in Third Parties. This action can only be executed when the asset does not have transaction such as depreciation calculation and if it is not blocked.
When executing this action, the asset status changes to blocked, and it does not allow transactions or any type of calculations and adjustments.
| • | Statement |
Issues the list of assets in power of third parties, displaying: registration data of the asset, current valued position of the asset, data of the third party that withholds the assets and data of the validity sequences.
