Policies x Assets
This report lists the insurance policies registered and the assets insured.
The report allows different analyses according to the parameterization:
| • | Print Policies without Assets (Yes/No) - allows printing of policies that are not linked to any asset. |
| • | Print Assets (Yes/No) - enables printing of only the policy information, even if they already have related assets. |
| • | Print Assets Written Off (Yes/No) - allows printing of assets already written off linked to the policies. |
Procedures
To print the report of policies / assets:
| 1. | In the Policies x Assets report generation window, click Parameters. |
The system displays the screen to configure the parameters regarding the report.
| 1. | Configure the parameters according to the field's help instructions. |
| 2. | Check the configuration and confirm printing of the report. |
