Types of Paper Registry
This routine registers the types of paper and their definitions in SIGACDA - Copyright Control module. In this registry, it is defined the paper format (A4, C5, etc.), its unit of measurement (volume, box, package, etc.), grammage (weight in grams per square meter) and conversion factor. This factor defines de conversion of a sheet of paper to the unit of measurement Kg (standard unit of measurement used in the magnetic file DIF - Publishing Industry Duty-Free Paper).
Types of Paper Registry is related to Publication Elements/Parts Registry, and its information is used for generating the magnetic file DIF-Duty-Free Paper (Special Declaration of Information Regarding Control of Publishing Industry Duty-Free Paper). In this file, all types of papers previously registered are imported to the DIF-Duty-Free Paper validation program.
Procedures
Registering Types of Paper:
| 1. | In Types of Paper Registry, select Add. |
The system displays the add screen.
| 2. | Fill out the fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check the data and confirm it. |
