Copyright Contract
The Copyright Contract is the legal means whereby authors have ensured to receive copyrights of their works. It contains information about the work, authors and terms protected by the contract, besides the values and payment methods.
Every copyright contract must be in accordance with Law nr. 9,610, of February 19, 1998, which amends, updates and unifies copyright legislation and other measures.
Copyright calculation rules
Use this registry to enter the rules used for calculating copyrights.
You can use a percentage or value for each one of the product's sales ranges, as well as to define whether the price to be applied to each range is the listed price or the selling price.
Copyright Contract Expiration
When accessing the routine, the system may display a message as contract expiration approaches, according to the following configurations:
| • | Enabling the Warning Days field (AH1_DIAST) in the Configurator module, Database/Dictionary/Database option. This field must contain the number of days in advance for system warning. |
| • | Configuration parameter MV_CDAAVSF, with content equal to S. |
Conference Report
For conference, the system has a report of copyright contracts information.
Procedures
To add a Copyright Contract:
| 1. | In Copyright Contract, select Add. |
The system displays the add window.
| 2. | Fill out the fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | The add screen is divided into the following folders: |
