Currency

Enables you to define more than one currency for the checking account, allowing the control of checking accounts in other currencies different from the local one (Real).

This resource adjusts accounts, which are usually abroad, to other currencies (Dollar or Euro, for example), since they do not have transactions in the local currency (Real).

By entering multiple currencies for a checking account, the control of balance in these currencies can be made by the following routines:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Transfers
• Write-offs Receivable
• Write-offs Payable
• Bank Transaction
• Automatic Write-offs Receivable
• Payment Bordereau

 

Note:

Petty cash controls independent currency, that is, it does not use the bank currency.
