Publications

This routine registers the publications in the CDA (Copyright Control) module, where you define the Type of Publications (Newspaper, Book, etc.), its registration number, number of copies printed and publishing periodicity (semestral, annual, etc).

Publication Registry is related to Products Registry and Publication Elements/Parts Registry, and the information registered is used for generating the magnetic file DIF-Duty-Free Paper (Special Declaration of Information Regarding Control of Publishing Industry Duty-Free Paper) in Tax Records module.

Procedures

Registering publications:

1. In Publications, select Add.

The system displays the add screen.

2. Fill out the fields according to field help instructions.
3. Check the data and confirm it.
