Strategic Book

Strategic book is a resource that displays all information on strategy used in a company. It creates a HTML presentation for use in meetings and analyses, producing a complete source of information on strategy; hence, it is named a book.

The Strategic Planning book is available in the Strategy Reports list. You can indicate the BSC items belong in the book. In Alphabetical Order:

• Company: the organization of chosen strategy is displayed;
• Strategy only chosen strategy is displayed;
• Perspective: choose initial and final perspective;
• Theme: choose initial and final theme;
• Goal: choose initial and final goal;
• Indicator: choose initial and final indicator;
• Initiative: choose initial and final initiative;
• Task: choose initial and final task;
• Meeting: choose initial and final meeting;

Procedures

To generate a book:

1. Click Generate.
2. Then, click View. To save it, click Save and choose desired directory.

The Book is in HTML format, with several links to other Balanced Scorecard entities.

Displays name and description of Strategic Book.

• Company

Displays company data, its strategies and people responsible for collection.

• Strategy

Displays data of strategies chosen.

• Perspective:

Displays perspectives data and list of goals.

• Goal:

Displays goals and list of its indicators and initiatives.

• Indicator:

Displays indicators and their data.

• Initiative: 
  
Displays the initiatives, listing tasks and documents.
• Tasks

Displays tasks and their statuses.

• Meetings:

Displays meetings data.
