System Users

System Users are people who access the Balanced Scorecard to define the strategic plan or to simply monitor it. They are not in charge of collections.

Procedures

To create users:

1. On the top menu, select desired Item.
2. Select New.

The system displays the add user screen.

3. Enter new user data, such as:
Main Data folder

Username (in this field, enter login for user), whether user is an administrator or not, user password, username, position, phone, extension and e-mail.

Security folder

For each company, define the following rights:

To write

It allows you to define entities and registers.

To read Numbers

It allows you to read Indicators values.

To read Situation

It allows you to make cards analysis.

To read Element

It allows you to read registers and entities.
