Meetings
You can schedule meetings, define subject, details, date, time, local and person in charge in each company.
Procedures
To schedule meetings:

Choose a company, then select the Meetings folder. |

Enter a Topic for the meeting, Details, Date, Start and End Time, Location and the person in charge of meeting. |

Define the people invited. |

If you want to send more e-mails for noticed people, confirm question. |

You can register the feedbacks from those invited in the Feedbacks folder. |

Based on BSC elements, you can define the agenda of the meeting in the Agenda folder. In this folder you can choose main subject to be discussed by selecting it on tree on the right side. |
