Jurisdictions
This routine aims to register all information about jurisdictions in which the lawsuits will be judged.
Jurisdictions are associated to a circuit and they are located inside a forum. Thus, the forum address must be informed.
The district court is the place where hearing happens during the 1st instance.
In case of municipalities with no jurisdictions, the judicial district forum address is considered.
Procedures
To include jurisdictions:
| 1. | In Jurisdictions, select Update. The system displays the add screen. |
| 2. | The field Jurisdiction is available for eSocial service. |
| 3. | Fill out data according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Check data and confirm procedure. |
