Acronyms
This routine aims to register the acronym of people class registry. Registered acronyms are applicable only to people registered in the agency of their proper class.
Example:
OAB for Lawyers;
CREA for Engineers and Architects;
CRM for Doctors.
The professional identification code is associated by the system through the acronym, in People File. This code is useful to identify the person's position in the company. Thus, even if the person has two registers, for example, in CREA (engineer) and OAB (advocacy), his professional identification must be as lawyer, if this is the position in the company.
However, if someone has more than one class registry, two or more registers can be informed, considering that only one of them will be his professional identification.
The company can register as many identifiers as they want with numeric code, because the use of alfa-numeric is reserved.
Witnesses
Witnesses of labor lawsuits must be registered by People File and classified as TST - Witnesses.
This professional identifier assigned to witnesses is important because it dismisses the Individual Taxpayers’ Register (CPF), which is an obligatory field in the system (in blue) at the moment of registration.
It happens because the document legally required is the ID.
