Appeal Folder

This folder gathers information about appeals presented.

Appeal is a contestation of the judgment, presented by the losing party. Parties can appeal loss in 1st and 2nd instances, with no applicable appeal when the lawsuit is judged in Labor Court.

The Appeal types can be: 1st instance (ordinary or adhesive); or 2nd instance (review).

To control the lawsuit phases presented in the appeal, fields Date Phase and Phase Proc. must be informed in processes screen, so the last transactions and occurrences can be controlled.
