Integration

The environments Labor Lawsuit Follow up, Personnel Management, Financials and Fixed Asset receive integration, due to necessity of generation and registration of data in their files.

Shared data comprises, among others, the tables RD0 - People Register, which can be associated to SRA - Employee Register, used in Labor Lawsuits Follow Up and Personnel Management environments, respectively.

Integration actually happens when it is necessary to pay the judgment, if the plaintiff is an employee. In this case, payroll entries must be informed in the Judgment screen, stored in REP table - Integration of Process Payment X Payroll. They are associated to the payment period in which these entries must be calculated (open month).

Besides, if the plaintiff has an employment bond with the defendant company, his function can be defined to appear in Lawsuits screen.

If the company does not use the Personnel Management environment and the financial department is responsible for the payment, entries must be informed in Expenses/Payments screen, stored in RC1 table - Bill Transactions.

If the company claims to be incapable of payment and levy execution upon goods is necessary, this information must be entered in collateral/levy screen after the integration. Thus, table SN1 - Assets is saved from the informed selection. After auction, this data goes to SN4 table - Fixed Assets Transactions.

SIGAGPE Integration

In Labor Lawsuits Follow Up, Integration with Payroll must be executed. After that, information pertaining the entry in Court Decision screen cannot be changed.

Integrated tables in this case are:

REP – Table with entries for integration Lawsuit X Payroll.
SRC – Table with monthly transaction for processing of Payroll.
SRD – Table with annually accrued amounts of Payroll.
RCF – Table with payroll periods.

 

Personnel Management integration includes different employees and branches, since the field Branch Employee is filled with this information. It can be an automatic process when the Registration is informed according to employees file.

SIGAFIN Integration

In Labor Lawsuits Follow Up, Integration with Financials must be executed. After that, bills are generated and information pertaining their payment cannot be changed.

Integrated tables in this case are:

RC1 – Table with transaction of bills payment
SE2 – Table with accounts payable to financials
