This folder holds data from hearings and witnesses, as:
Hearing
| • | Hearing is every trial that happens on the circuit, whether in jurisdiction (1st instance) or regional court (2nd instance). All relevant information is registered in this folder. |
On Labor Courts, in cases of employment dispute, hearing can be single, pretrial or trial. Every hearing is attended by the necessary number of witnesses.
| • | At each hearing, only one lawyer can represent the defendant (sponsor), even if there are several lawyers involved in the lawsuit. |
Witnesses
| • | Witnesses mentioned herein are those who will be called, at the hearing date, to attend and testify for defense or accusation, depending on the case. |
| • | Witnesses must be registered in the system through People Register and classified in the field Ident. Prof. as TST - Witness. This classification dispense with Taxpayer Registration Number (mandatory field in the system), since the document legally required is the ID of the witness. |
| • | This witness register can be made directly in the hearing folder. |
