Lawsuit folder
This folder holds general information about the lawsuit, such as: process number, date, action type, cause value, etc.
In Action Type field, the type of action is informed according to the legal categories: individual singular, individual multiple or collective. You cannot create/add other action types in the system. The field V.Rsc.Pg.Cor. must contain the process risk adjusted value. |
Notes:
| • | When a process is entered as action type 1 - Individual Singular and the plaintiff is informed, its function will be displayed in this screen, according to Functions file, if the employment relationship information from the claimant is registered in Personnel Management environment. |
| • | When a process is entered as action type 2 - Individual Multiple or 3 - Collective and the plaintiff is informed, its function will be displayed in the Pleading screen, if the employment relationship information from the claimant is registered in Personnel Management environment. |
