Pleading folder
In Pleading folder, pleadings and expert evidences are indicated.
| • | Pleadings are related to the lawsuit, since they are the plaintiff's requests/claims. This folder holds information about the pleading related to the registered lawsuit. Different pleadings can be registered for each lawsuit. |
| • | Expert evidences are the verification and/or check of any request from the plaintiff or the company that needs to be proved with facts. A lawsuit can be subject to several expert evidences, likewise a pleading can be examined more than once. |
| • | When a process is entered as action type 2 - Individual Multiple or 3 - Collective and the plaintiff is informed, its function will be displayed in the Pleading screen, if the employment relationship information from the claimant is registered in Personnel Management environment. |
