Query Schedule

Query schedule helps the lawyer to follow up the lawsuits progress, displaying occurrences, hearings, appeals, expert evidences and lawsuit expenses.

Procedures

To query:

1. When Schedule query is selected, a window for parameters information is displayed, according to the following instruction:
Consider Branches

If you like to restrict the queries to specific branches, select Yes and enter interval of Branch From and Branch Until.

If option No is selected, parameters Branch From and Branch Until will be ignored. In this case, all branches will be presented.

Consider Lawyers

If you like to restrict the queries to specific lawyers, select Yes and enter interval Lawyer From and Lawyer Until.

If option No is selected, parameters Lawyer From and Lawyer Until will be ignored. In this case, all lawyers will be presented.

Consider Lawsuits

If you like to restrict the queries to specific lawsuits, select Yes and enter interval Lawsuit From and Lawsuit Until.

If option No is selected, parameters Lawsuit From and Lawsuit Until will be ignored. In this case, all lawsuits will be presented.

For this selection, the numeration automatically generated by the system must be considered, and not the official lawsuit numeration with the District Court or Forum.

Consider Dates

If you like to restrict the query to specific agenda periods, select Yes and inform the interval Date From and Date Until.

If option No is selected, parameters Date From and Date Until will be ignored. In this case, all processes will be presented.

Consider Events

If you like to restrict the query to specific events, select Yes and the events.

Place the cursor on the field Events and press [Enter].

A screen displays the available events options, as:

1 – Occurrences
2 – Hearings
3 – Judgment
4 – Appeal
5 – Expert evidence
6 – Expense

Select as many options as you want to query or use the buttons Check All [F4], Uncheck All [F5] or Invert Selection [F6]. After selecting the options, confirm it.

If option No is selected, all events will be presented.

Order

Select order to query information:

Lawsuits/Date -  It orders by processes codes and then by date.
Date/Lawsuit - It orders by events date and then by process code.
Date - It orders by events date, regardless of process or type of event.
2. When this screen is confirmed, system displays the list of events according to selection and order chosen.
3. In Related Features, Detail is available, enabling to query information from the labor lawsuit.

When it is selected, system displays the Lawsuits screen for query.
