Law Firms
This file gathers information concerning companies and law firms, such as identification and location data: name, state registration, address, postal code, telephone, e-mail and others.
Although this file is not mandatory, the data must be filled in so that you can keep the history of law firms that have or had relationship with the company or the employee/complainant.
Labor Lawsuits Follow Up environment enables to bond expenses related to suppliers payment to the lawsuits, automatically generating payable bills in Financial environment. This way, it is also necessary to register law firms as suppliers in order to generate expenses to them.
In Lawsuits, lawyers can be associated to law firms. In doing so, a lawyer can render services to a different law firm at each case.
Procedures
To include a law firm:
1. | In Law Firms, select Add. |
The system displays the add screen.
2. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
3. Check data and confirm it.
