Judicial District and Forums

The Confederation State territory is divided into judicial districts, under the authority of a law judge. In its turn, forum is the court where the cause must be treated.

This file gathers information concerning judicial districts and forums where labor lawsuits are pending, such as code, name, respective circuit and addressing data.  Usually, the judicial district or forum where the labor lawsuits are pending is associated to the municipality or  district, respectively, where the notified company or branches are based.

Therefore, since there are many judicial districts and forums, this register must be elaborated on demand, that is, as the lawsuits are being presented.
