Labor Lawsuit Master Flow

The company receives the summons with enough information to register the lawsuit.

After registration, the system allows follow-up, maintenance, reports and controls, aiding lawsuit development and decision making.

As a notification, the summons can be delivered by mail and is not always registered. This document is the base to enter process information into the Legal controls.

As soon as the company receives the summons, the process is filed in the system and the follow-up is performed through eventual instances it may proceed in.

A lawsuit can be finished in first instance or continue until it reaches the Superior Labor Court, when some of the parties files an appeal. It might get a different numeration for each stage.
