Types
This file was developed to standardize different types of subjects from system routines. There are types of pleadings, hearings, appeals etc.
The categories available are system tables viewed in types file.

Of hearing |
This table must contain usual types of hearings in labor lawsuits. Most common are: single, pretrial or trial. |
From event to notice/call/notification |
Event to which someone is being invited. |
Of lawsuit phases |
According to definition of the company's legal department. The different phases of the lawsuit must be registered to perform the appropriate follow-up of the process. |
Of occurrence |
This table contains types of possible occurrences that may happen during the progress of a lawsuit. |
Of payments/expenses |
Main expenses and/or payments involved in the labor lawsuit. |
Of expert evidence |
It holds all types of expert evidences that can be possibly requested in a labor lawsuit. Since many expert evidences can be requested, this table is very variable; however, only the most usual types can be registered. |
Of pleadings |
The types of pleadings can also be registered according to demand, because different pleadings can occur, in spite of the history kept by the company. |
Of prognosis |
Types of prognosis are a scale of how favorable the lawsuit is according to the defendant. Besides the code in the lawsuit screen, prognosis can be completed with a memo field, justifying the information. |
Of expert evidence result |
All types of possible results for expert evidences are registered in this table. |
Of pleading results |
Information from results of each pleading of the process. |
Of appeal |
It holds all types of appeals appropriate to the labor lawsuit, whether in 1st or 2nd instance. |
Of judgment |
Types of judgment that can be rendered by the judge. |
Procedures
To add types of the tables:
1. | In Types, click on the desired table row, selecting it. |
2. | Select Update. |
The Add screen is displayed.
3. | Fill out data according to field help. |
4. | Check data and confirm addition. |
