Credit Analysis System
The credit granting process to individuals or legal entities is very alike. They all have a very similar flow. The individual has his/her source of income and expenses. His/her revenue must be enough to honor his/her expenses. Many times, the lack of control, the appearance of unexpected expenses or other factors create a need to search for an extra capital supply, in order to honor the financial compromises. In a similar situation, the credit professional appears with the purpose of analyzing if this offeror deserves that the company/institution grants the necessary funds to him/her.
There is also a situation in which the offeror is looking for funds for investment. The analysis is made a little differently, but the principles are the same.
There are several factors that, when analyzed, allow an idea of the customer's probable behavior. Analyzing his/her past, his/her future behavior is estimated in order to grant credit to the ones showing bigger and better chances of honoring their compromises.
The credit analysis counts on the information technology as a very helpful instrument. The profile of a good payer can be found out with a great base of statistic data.
