Profile Questionnaire
The questionnaire must be developed as an investigative tool of the customer with the purpose to allow the credit evaluator to release to the customer or not.
The concept used to develop the questionnaire is the credit scoring which, by the consideration of several factors, allows the classification of individuals in two main category: the ones with potential to honor the loan granted and the ones with no potential to gather such condition. By including information in the system, in few seconds it returns a question regarding the creditworthiness or not.
For each question developed, several answers that are individually punctuated can be defined. This way, according to the answers, the evaluation criteria is defined, according to the tabulation.

This way, whoever obtains more points has more chances of getting the credit release.
Procedures
To add profile questionnaire:
| 1. | In Profile Questionnaire, select Add. |
The system displays the window to add the question.
| 2. | Fill out the fields displayed in the top area of the screen according to the help instructions. |
| 3. | In the bottom area, place the pointer and right-click it for a small menu to be displayed with options: |
| • | Add |
| • | Edit |
| • | Delete |
| • | View |
| 4. | Select Add. |
The system displays a new window to inform the question and respective answers and punctuations.
| 5. | Fill out the fields according to the help instructions. |
| 6. | After entering the data, check and confirm it. |
Once the data is confirmed, the questions and respective answers are displayed in the inside area as folders:

| 7. | To view the answers, double-click the blue folder; the system will put together a structure listing this question's answers. |
| 8. | To edit, delete or view the answer, right-click the desired answer and select the desired menu option displayed. |
