Relationship
This file must store possible relationship levels attributed to the client in a Registration Form such as personal reference.
Example:
Father, mother, sibling, etc.
Procedures
To add relationships:
| 1. | In Relationships, select Add. |
| 2. | Fill out fields according to help instructions. |
| 3. | After entering the data, check them and confirm. |
