Credit Blockage

This routine allows a query of the customer's registration that, for some reason, had credit blockage.

In the Credit Blockage, the following fields can be viewed:

Credit system line;
Customer;
Time;
Blockage date;
Blockage time;
Name;
Sending correspondence;
Blockage date;
Points;

Procedures

To access the Credit Blockage routine:

1. In the Miscellaneous, click Credit Blockage.

The system displays a screen to consult blocked registrations.

Files of Products and Payment

The files of products and forms of payment are used in Credit Analysis, allowing the credit analyst to view the products and the form of payment of blocked sale.

To dynamize the system control, now the administrator to be able to define the directory where these files will be saved, configuring parameter MV_CRDARQ.

Important:

Parameter MV_CRDARQ determines where the files of products and installment are saved. The content of this parameter is blank and must be filled out by the system administrator when the parameter is created, indicating the desired directory to record files. If the parameter is not filled out by the system administrator, the system will use the folder named in StartPath of mp8srvwin.ini.

Sales blockage control due to passage risk

The blockage control of sales due to passage risk enables the system administrator to configure the SIGACRD environment to block sales to customers, even if they have a credit limit for the purchase.

Parameters with this purpose are available:

MV_CRDBLOQ - If configured as 1, it enables the passage blockage of passage risk, and if configured as 2, it does not enable it.
MV_NUMBLOQ - It defines in how many days the blockage is made in the sale. This parameter must be configured according to the business rule of each customer.

 

Tip:

The term Passage Risk is used to block purchases of customers returning to the store several time to carry out their purchases.
