Structure Discrepancies
Prints a report of discrepancies between the Concession Act and the Structures File. There is the option to choose by Drawback Order and by Product, but if these fields are not filled out, the report considers all.
Procedures
To print out Structure Discrepancies report:
| 1. | When you select Structure Discrep., the system displays a screen to select the processes. |
| 2. | Fill out the fields according to the field help instructions. |
| 3. | To search the list of Drawback Orders, click Search and confirm it. |
| 4. | To search the list of Products, click Search and confirm it. |
| 5. | To generate the report, click Print. |
| 6. | Check the configuration and confirm printing of the report. |
| 7. | To print the report to file (DBF or TXT file format), click Generate File. |
| 8. | Follow the instruction to generate the file and confirm it. |
