Drawback without Exchange Coverage

In Drawback maintenance without Exchange Coverage the System allows to edit Unit Price Quantity for each input, storing total value of inputs for each item in the field Total Value without Exchange Coverage, that later will be used on RE Generation (Siscomex). Imported inputs for making DrawBack will be listed with respective information (Amount, Unit Price, NCM, among others) on items to export.

Procedures

To use Drawback Maintenance without Exchange Coverage:

1. Payment condition used in the moment of importing Inputs must be Without Exchange Coverage.
2. In Concession maintenance window, Add a Drawback Order entering Inputs and Products to Export, correctly relating them.
3. Access the module Easy Import Control and import inputs using previously added Concession (PLI Maintenance).
4. Access the module Easy Export Control and add an Export Order. In adding the respective Shipment, complete the required fields on the cover and click Orders.
5. After selecting an Order, mark items to Export and click Concession Act Calculation.
6. After making Act Calculation, unselect and select again items to Export to View information.
7. On the Product Definition screen, click Inputs. The System shows inputs used on this Product and allow to edit Unit Price Quantity for each input.
8. On the screen items to export, the field Vl.Tot.S Cob shows total value without exchange coverage of inputs used on the product.
9. The sum Total Value without Exchange Coverage for each Shipment will be registered to Siscomex through the routine RE Generation.
