C.A. to Evidence

This routine allows generating a report or file (DBF or TXT format) to evidence the concession act.

Procedures

To generate a report /file of Concession Act to Evidence:

1. When you select C.A. to Evidence, the system displays a window to select the process.
2. Fill out data according to the field help instructions and confirm it.
3. Then use the folders displayed in the report generation screen to configure printing. In these folders, it is possible to select the printing type (to disk, through spool, etc.), define the fields in the file to be displayed in the report and create filters.
4. Check the configuration and confirm printing of the report.
5. To print the report to file (DBF or TXT file format), click Generate File.
6. Follow the instruction to generate the file and confirm it.
