Demurrage Process, Registration folder, Registration subfolder:

Demurrage: Demurrage Code;
Reversible: When you do not define that there will be just one port of dispatch for a same ship and trip, so the processes displayed in the folder Processes will be filtered by port of dispatch as well.
Vessel Code: Ship code of this demurrage process;
Trip: Trip code of the ship for this demurrage process;
Disch. Port: Port of dispatch for this ship/trip, which must be informed in case of Non-reversible Demurrage.
Type: If the cargo is Solid or Liquid;
B/N Dated of: Contract Date;
Owners/Sellers: Receiver company of demurrage or debtor of dispatch;
Charterer: In this field, you inform the person responsible for the ship.
Buyers: In this field, it is informed the customer when the charterer field is YES.

Vsl Arvd Rds: Arrival Date;
Week Roads: Day of the week in which the ship arrived;
Time Roads: Hour in which the ship arrived;
Vsl Berthed: Boarding Date;
Week Berthed: Day of the week in which the ship boarded.
Time Berthed: Hour in which the ship boarded;
NOR Tendered: Date in which the notice of readiness was presented.
Week Tendere: Day of the week in which the notice of readiness was presented;
Time Tendere: Hour in which the notice of readiness was presented;
NOR Accepted: Date in which the notice of readiness was accepted;
Week Accepted: Day of the week in which the notice of readiness was presented;
Time Accepted: Hour in which the notice of readiness was presented;
Time Cnt Fro: Counting start date;
Week Time: Day of the week for counting start.
Time From: Counting start hour;
Ld.Dis.Comme: Work Start Date
Week: Day of the week for dispatch start.
Time Commence: dispatch start hour;
Disch. Comp: Work Final Date
Week Complet: Day of the week for dispatch conclusion.
Dt Cnt Finish: Counting conclusion date;
Wk Cnt Finish: Day of the week for counting conclusion.

 

Registration Folder, Dem./Dep. subfolder:

Cgo. Qtty: Quantity of total cargo which participates in the negotiation (sum of loaded cargo and dispatched cargo). Unit of measurement used: Ton;
Parcel Cargo: Quantity of cargo of the shipment processes involved in the demurrage negotiation. Unit of measurement used: Ton;
L/D Rate and L/D D/H Rate: In these fields, you can inform the capacity of load/dispatch of the port. In L/D Rate field, you must enter the quantity of cargo and in the L/D D/H Rate field, it is informed whether the quantity of cargo (L/D Rate field) is per hour or per day;
Money: Currency used to calculate the demurrage value;
Dem Rate Val and Dem Rate at: In these fields you can enter the demurrage value per period;
Des Rate Val and Des Rate at: In these fields you can enter the dispatch value per period;
Condition: Informative field related to some dispatch condition.

Observation;
Banking Data.

 

Registration folder, Journal (register of the load/dispatch time of goods):

Date;
Day of the week;
Load./Disp.: In this field, it is informed whether the occurrence was load or dispatch.
From: Initial hour;
To: Final Hour;
Rate: When the load or dispatch occupies the total time, value 1 is used. When something unexpected delays the load or the dispatch, a value between 0 and 1 is informed, proportional to the real time used.
Time Used: This field is automatically calculated;
Obs. Observation: In this field you can select a register of the message file;
Notes: Description of the message selected;
Remarks: Informative field of free text.

Rate of Demurrage/Dispatch;
Total Demurrage/Dispatch: Total calculated to be paid (demurrage) or received (dispatch);
Parcel Cargo: Quantity of cargo of the shipment processes involved in the demurrage negotiation;
Parcel Demurrage/Dispatch: Calculated value of the demurrage proportional to the field Parcel Cargo;
Time Allowed: Calculated time considering the dispatch capacity of the port (L/D Rate and L/D D/H Rate) and the quantity of cargo (Parcel Cargo);
Time Used: Sum of hours used to load and dispatch;
Time Lost/Saved: A demurrage case is defined by how long it exceeded the time allowed; a dispatch case is defined by how long before the time allowed the dispatch was accomplished.
Time NOR: Extra time. The value informed in this field is deducted from the field Time Lost/Saved;
Day/Hour: Quantity of days or hours of demurrage/dispatch.

Owners/Client Type: Type negotiated with the shipowner or with the customer (demurrage/dispatch);
Owners/Client Value: Value negotiated with the shipowner or with the customer;
Situation: Field of observations related to the negotiation;
Dt.Payment: Payment date of demurrage/dispatch;
Dt. Due date: Due date of demurrage/dispatch;
Time Used at Load: It displays the total time of load of goods (calculated field);
Time Used at Dish: It displays the total time of dispatch of goods (calculated field);
Neg Type: Type defined in the final negotiation (demurrage/dispatch);
Rev Figures: Final value of the negotiation.
