Integration Single Message

It enables the integration between modules Easy Export Control and Easy Financing Control via XML file. The Integration via Single Message enables to perform information sending and receipt among Microsiga Protheus and other ERPs that use WEB Services, providing total communication flexibility with proper data consistency.

Requirements

• The external ERP must be properly set to receive and send integrations via Single Message through WEB Service.
• The parameter MV_EAIXSD must have content: \xsd.
• The XSD files must be updated and in the directory indicated in the parameter MV_EAIXSD.
• The SRVWIZARD must be set with type WS – Microsiga Protheus 11 Web Services.
• You must create an Agent and a Scheduling in the Schedule an.

 

Note:

After perform the maintenance in the external system, in the environment Easy Export Control:

• Access Products, view information of integrated record and click Close.
• Access Exchange Rate , view information of integrated record and click Close.
• Access Exp./Supp./Manuf, view information of integrated record and click Close.
• Access Measure Units, view information of integrated record and click Close.
• Access Measure Unit Conv., view information of integrated record and click Close.
• Access Customer, view information of integrated record and click Close.
• Access Companies., view information of integrated record and click Close.

There is a difference between the Customer and Companies at Protheus according to the rating below:

• Customer: to Customers, System performs maintenance in the table Customers.
• Vendor: to Companies and Suppliers, System performs table maintenance Forwarders/Companies and Suppliers.
• Both: to Both, System performs maintenance in the tables Customers, Forwarders/Companies andSuppliers
• Access Banks, view information of integrated record and click Close.
• AccessPackages, view information of integrated record.
• Add Record 85, to view the performed integration.
• In Entries for Accountancy, enter end date.

Procedure:

1. In the Configurator, access the Schedule.

In Schedule/EAI, the list of the performed integrations is displayed .

2. Select a record to view whether the integration has been accepted.

Its status is displayed below.

3. Click Display Message to view the Integration Single Message.

A Single Message is displayed on the screen.
