Amazon Statement of Import

To meet the Manaus Free Trade Zone based on the State Decree no. 32.128/2012, you must generate a XML extension file that comprise all taxation matrix associated to importer and is manually imported in the SEFAZ site.

Previous Procedures

•	Install TOTVS SERVICE SPED (TSS) version 2.09 or latest version that has a enabled DIESERVICE:

•	Set parameter MV_SUFRAMA with content .T.;

•	Set parameter MV_TEM_DI with content .T.;

•	Set field Country Code S.E. of Countries File;

•	Register an importer with the fields State Registration , IBGE Code completed;

•	Add Import Request.

•	Add a process to the Clearance phase.

Procedures

1.	In Related Actions, clickTaxation matrix.

2.	Click Add.

3.	Enter all necessary data, add the field Coefficient?, that is used to search the coefficient of the SUFRAMA Taxation register, that is, is the regular coefficient or Optional coefficient through Law 2.826.

4.	Click Confirm to complete the file.

5.	Click Matrix sending.

The Wizard for the digital certification or the Amazon Statement of Import is displayed.

6.	Click Next.

7.	Enter the URL address where you install the TSS.

8.	Click Next.

9.	Select the digital certification type and according to the type, enter the necessary data.

10.	Click Next.

The message You successfully completed the configuration of Protheus integration for Totvs Service is displayed.

11.	Click Finish.

12.	In Matrix Sending, click Directory Configuration.

13.	Enter the directory where the XML files of the Taxation Matrix are imported.

14.	Click Confirm.

15.	In the service Matrix Sending, clickXSD Version Configuration.

16.	Enter the XML version that is generated. Click Confirm.

You do not need to set more than once the XML version and the directory.

17.	In the folder Generate, clickGenerate XML.

18.	The message Generated File is displayed. Click OK.

19.	Access the site SEFAZ and manually import the XML file of the Taxation Matrix.

20.	In the Taxation Matrix, clickGenerate.

21.	Select the XML file in Send.

A confirmation message Has the file been successfully imported ? is displayed. If the XML file import has been successfully performed in the site, click Yes.

22.	Note the file is in the folder Sent.

23.	In Sent, select the XML file and click Process, so the file is processed.

24.	Click Yes to confirm the operation.

25.	In Processed, select the XML file and click twice so it can be viewed via browser.
