Generation of Text File for Dispatch to Siscomex
This routine is used to generate the TXT file to be sent to Siscomex and to generate the ID (import declaration) record.
Procedures
Printing a draft of the ID to be sent to Siscomex:
| 1. | In the Clearance window, click Siscomex. |
A window is displayed to select the machine.
| 2. | Click ID Check to print a ID draft. |
| 3. | Follow the print instructions. |
Procedures
Generating the Clearance TXT file, for checking ID consistency in Siscomex:
| 1. | In the Clearance window, click Siscomex. |
A window is displayed to select the machine and sending option.
| 2. | Select the number of the machine by using F3 and option 1-Analysis. |
| 3. | Click OK to confirm the generation. |
| 4. | The system records, in the directory specified in the table, the text file for you to connect to Siscomex and send it. |

| 1. | In the Clearance window, click Siscomex. |
A window is displayed to select the machine and sending option.
| 2. | Select the number of the machine by using F3 and option 2-Register. |
| 3. | Click OK to confirm the generation. |
The system records, in the directory specified in the table, the text file for you to connect to Siscomex and send it.
