Diagnosis

This routine searches information regarding the status of a process that was registered ID in Siscomex.

 

Tip:

Before accessing diagnosis, you must run SISCCAD.EXE.

Procedures

Getting the diagnosis (status) of the current process that was registered in Siscomex:

1. In Clearance, click Diagnosis.

A window is displayed to select the ID diagnosis.

2. Click Current Process.

The system reads the ID diagnosis, in Siscomex, for the current process.

Getting the diagnosis (status) of all processes that were registered in Siscomex:

1. In the Clearance window, click Diagnosis.

A window is displayed to select the ID diagnosis.

2. Click All Processes.

The system reads the ID diagnosis, in Siscomex, for all processes.

Procedures

Getting the ID number of the current process that was registered in Siscomex:

1. In the Clearance window, click Diagnosis.

A window is displayed to select the ID diagnosis.

2. Click ID Number.

The system integrates the ID nr., registered in Siscomex, for the process that was registered.

Tip:

You can only register one ID (one process) at the time.
To search the ID number and date, automatically from Siscomex, you must do the following:

Send the TXT to Siscomex and when it returns to the message ID has been successfully registered (then it displays the ID number on screen), open Easy (which must be minimized), click ID Number, at this moment, Easy searches for ID number and date, registering both in the corresponding process. Next, return to Siscomex screen and click OK.
