Automatic Authorization
You must use it to discharge the option to bring the merchandise with drawback and mandatorily its IL. The system automatically generates the import license and removes the obligation.
Procedures
To generate Automatic Authorization:

When you click Autom. Author., the System displays a list of PO's requiring IL. |
| 2. |
Select a PO and click Generate Authorization. A window displays the PO information and its items. |
| 3. |
Double-click the item or click Check All. A new window is displayed to enter the quantity. |
| 4. |
Enter the quantity and confirm. |
Procedures
To reverse Automatic Authorization:

When you click Autom. Author., the system displays a list of PO's requiring IL. |

Select a PO and click Reverse. A window displays the PO information and its items. |
| 3. |
Double-click the item or click Check All. |
