COOL Integration
Mapping the necessary adequacies in Easy Export Control system so integration files are generated for origin certification issue in FIESP by using COOL system.
The Origin Certification is a document that aims at officially state the origin of the goods from the export country.
Its use grants tax reduction or exemption and guarantees preferential access of goods to the foreign market for those countries with which Brazil has Trade International Agreements. Therefore, the exporter has more competitive prices, becomes more efficient and gains new markets in the global economy.
FIESP makes available integration services, through COOL system, for the following processes:

Procedures
Adding a COOL integration:

In FIESP maintenance window, click COOL Integration. |
| 2. |
In Products Statement select New file, enter shipment and click OK. |
| 3. |
Then, the statement is displayed, click OK. |
| 4. |
After, in the message file successfully generated click OK. |
| 5. |
In Not Sent a generated file is displayed; then, click Send File. To continue, click OK. |
| 6. |
In Sent select option nReturn File, select Accepted , enter a note and click OK. |
| 7. |
Enter validation date for the statements and click OK. |
| 8. |
In Accepted view the generated file. |
 Tip:
You cannot send/generate the same file that has already been sent. |
