Defining Tables

To configure a table, you must define, through Definition screen, which attributes and indicators are analyzed.

Each line has a Y-Axis (on the vertical or rows) and a X-Axis (on the horizontal or columns).

In X-Axis and Y-Axis, the attributes to be analyzed are placed. There is an area of indicators in which they must be placed.

To define X-Axis, Y-Axis, and indicators, just choose the attribute/indicator you want and drag it (drag and drop) to the respective axis.

You can put attributes in another axis. You just need to drag them from an axis to another one.

Each indicator has a property called Aggregator Function that defines the type of calculation to be made in that indicator: sum, count, difference, average, minimum, maximum, participation %. Right-click to access this and other properties, as shown:

For attributes of date, breaks are created automatically (day, week, month, year, semester, etc.) that help in the analysis.

Table definition is subdivided into:

Structure: it enables the maintenance of structure used to create query table.
Filters: it enables the application and maintenance of filters during table execution.
Warnings: it enables the application and maintenance of warnings during table execution.
Ranking: it enables the application of ranking when the result is formed.
Virtual Fields: it enables the maintenance of virtual fields.
Other Options: it enables the maintenance of other configurations during table execution as presentation of general total.
Crystal: it enables the configuration of the integration of table with Crystal Reports.

After defining the fields of X-Axis and Y-Axis as well as indicators, click Send to start the execution.

Note:

In SIGADW table, you should not put attributes with more than 200 records in X-Axis because it requires memory in the station.
