Filters in Query Definition

If you want a filter to be always applied when a query is executed, click the Filters folder on the screen of chart or table definition.

You can configure the query in order to display the filter whenever it is executed. For this, click the Filters folder on the screen of chart or table definition.

The following options are displayed:

Display it with Filter Applied: Select this option to apply the warning chosen whenever the query is executed.
Ignore fact when all indicators selected are equal to ZERO. Ignore values when indicators have value equal to ZERO.

On this screen select the option Display with filter applied and choose which filters are applied.

Warnings in Query Definition:

You can configure the query in order to display the warning whenever it is executed. For this, click the Warnings folder on the screen of table definition.

The following options are displayed:

Display it with Warning Applied: Select this option to apply the warning chosen whenever the query is executed.
Display Labels with Warning Specifications: Check this option to show the expression of the warning by hovering over the cell with warning applied.

On this screen, select the option Display it with Warning Applied and, then, choose the warnings you want.

Applying Filters in Query Execution

A way to activate a filter is through the Filters folder in the chart in execution. The following screen is displayed:

Choose whether you want to activate the filter or not, select the filters you want, and click Send.

Attention: Any change made in query execution is only active in user's current session, not being saved for later executions. To save your configurations, make changes in table or chart definition.

Applying Warning in Execution

Another way to activate a warning is through the Warnings folder in the table in execution. The following screen is displayed:

Choose whether you want to activate the warning or not, select the warning you want, and click Send.

Attention: Any change made in query execution is only active in user's current session, not being saved for later executions. To save your configurations, make changes in table or chart definition.

Display the content of attributes in all query rows Function

In some cases, due to the amount of information to be analyzed or the user's preference, change in query view mode may facilitate the work. For this, the option Display the content of attributes in all query rows was created. When necessary, this option enables you to view the query without omitting contents of attributes repeated in each query row in the table format.

Procedures of Use

1 - Execute an existing query or create a new query.

2 - In the folder Definition or Execution of table query, access the folder Other Options.

3 - To activate the new option that displays queries, click the checking box Display the content of attributes in all query rows.

4 - The query is displayed without omitting values of repeated attributes.

Important:

By default, the option Display the content of attributes in all query rows is not enabled. This option can be enabled when the query is executed in table format, or during query definition in table format.
