Drill Down
Through Drill Down, information in the table and in the chart can be detailed in lower level of analysis. It corresponds to the definition of an analysis hierarchy inside queries.
Defining a Drill Down in the chart:
Access Chat Definition screen. A chart screen is displayed, in which you define X-axis and indicators. Follow the steps below to define a Drill Down:
| • | Drag to X-axis all attributes that are used for the analysis. |
| • | To define Drill Down sequence, right-click the first attribute that must be the beginning of Drill Down, click Drill Down. The other ones are with a dark color, indicating that Drill Down was defined. |
Attribute sequence indicates Drill Down sequence.
Activating Drill Down
in the chart: In some chart points, mouse cursor is displayed as a hand, indicating that a Drill Down may exist in these points. Click this point and Drill Down of that level is then displayed.
In the Table: Click +. It appears next to the attribute or next to the title of record column that you want to view in the next level.
